Client Requirement

A large pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey sought RMC’s consulting and advisory services to assist them with satisfying their subcontracting requirements for its federal government contracting division. After not meeting their subcontracting goals for several consecutive quarters, the firm was in danger of losing several substantial federal government prime contracts unless immediate corrective actions were taken.

Description of RMC Engagement/Service Provided

Management Consulting, Contract Adminsitration and Advisory Services

RMC provided an extensive analysis its subcontracting requirements based on contract awards and of past purchasing of goods and services from small businesses provided in the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS). RMC then provided unique performance-based solutions to satisfy its subcontractual requirements and enhance theperformance of its prime contract.

Several RMC Portfolio Clients for which we had provided Marketing and Capture Management, SBA Certification, GSA Proposal Support and Contract Administration support services were vetted and recommended for subcontract opportunities.
